Schools in 2020

In my opinion schools should be a free place that facilitates children and people of all ages to do what they want to do in a safe place and learning the skills they want to learn. I prefer calling it a community house, where everyone can bring and gain knowledge. The people who facilitate these students should be there as a coach to help them what to do. Or mentors who can show how to do a profession. I like to recall the middle-ages. In that time children learned a profession while being on the job, instead of going to a school. In schools nowadays, there is not much time to stimulate children to grow their passion. If you really love playing piano, you should have the possibility to learn this all day. If you grow your passion, it grows all areas around the passion, like rhythm, maths, reading and listening (in case of the piano). If you grow up to be a famous pianist, who cares about your-hated-study-subject-Biology?
